Sweat for the sun
tears for the sea
them, us, me.
Footprints for the sand
heartbeats for the snow
wither, wilt, grow.
Dreams for the mountains
hopes for the sky
live, exist, try.
Prayers for the knees
love for the pain
lead, follow, remain.
Fate set in stone
together and alone
accept, deny, debate.
All on this journey of faith.
